Once applications have been received, applicants will be contacted to set up an interview time for audition day. Submit your application and then visit our auditions page to prepare your subject specific components.

Grade 8 Teacher Referral Form
To be completed by applicants current grade 8 teacher.
Each applicant requires one grade 8 teacher referral. Please direct your teacher to complete the link below.
Second Teacher Referral Form
To be completed by a second elementary teacher OR a private specialty teacher.
Each applicant requires a second teacher referral. The second referral can be another teacher in their school OR a specialty teacher that they have received instruction from (i.e private music instructor, dance coach, acting coach, art instructor, etc)
Submit Application Fee
A $20 application fee must be submitted to complete your application.
Our preferred method of payment is through our online option. Click the link below and be sure to reference the applicants name where applicable. If choosing to pay with cash or cheque, please drop off payment at the TAS guidance office or mail to the attention of Integrated Arts. Applicants name should be referenced on the cheque memo. All cheques payable to Thomas A. Stewart Secondary School.
